고물가 속 '가성비 소비'가 확산하면서 초저가 생활용품을 앞세운 다이소 제품들이 잇따라 화제를 모으고 있습니다.



최근에는 유명 텀블러 브랜드 스탠리 제품을 연상시키는 대용량 텀블러가 큰 인기를 끌며 품절 사태까지 벌어졌습니다.



업계에 따르면 다이소가 이달 초 출시한 '대용량 핸들 텀블러'는 SNS를 중심으로 입소문을 타고 있습니다.



900밀리리터와 1천200밀리리터 두 가지 용량으로 출시된 이 제품은 손잡이가 달린 대용량 디자인과 뚜껑 형태 등이 스탠리 텀블러와 비슷하다는 평가를 받고 있습니다.



가격은 5천 원으로, 스탠리 대표 제품인 '퀜처 프로투어 플립스트로 텀블러' 가격의 10분의 1 수준입니다.



소비자들 사이에서는 다이소와 스탠리를 합친 이른바 ‘다탠리’라는 별칭까지 등장했습니다.



제품에는 열 손실을 줄이는 동도금 코팅과 스테인리스 304 소재가 적용돼 보온·보냉 기능과 내구성 면에서도 기대 이상이라는 반응이 나오고 있습니다.



인기가 높아지면서 현재 온라인몰에서는 전 색상이 품절됐고, 오프라인 매장에서도 재고를 찾기 어려운 상황입니다.



SNS에는 "매장을 여러 곳 돌아도 구하지 못했다", "재입고 일정이 궁금하다"는 글들이 이어지고 있습니다.



다이소 측은 예상보다 빠르게 물량이 소진됐다며 추가 생산과 재입고를 준비 중이라고 밝혔습니다.



다이소의 이른바 '저렴이' 상품 열풍은 이번이 처음은 아닙니다.



앞서 뷰티 브랜드 손앤박 과 협업해 출시한 ‘아티 스프레드 컬러밤’ 역시 큰 인기를 끌었습니다.
